As part of the anniversary celebration Columbus Tap is offering its classic Tap That Burger with their classic brew, Bohemian Rye-City for $20 for entire month of April. The Tap That Burger is regularly priced $19 and the Bohemian Rye-City is regularly priced $8. Columbus Tap is located inside the AAA Four-Diamond Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park. It is one of the best American beer bars in downtown Chicago. Place is perfect for Chicago locals and visitors who are looking for unique and extensive beer selection. Columbus Tap is open seven days a week from 11:30 am to 12 am.
What You Get
The Tap That Burger is 1/2 lb. of 100% American Prime grilled to perfection topped with extra thick slices of American and Gruyere cheese and smothered in Chef Atticus’ secret sneaky sauce. Completed with lettuce, tomato and tangy Spanish onion all on a soft, sweet brioche bun, the Tap That Burger is served with house-made bread & butter pickles along with tap chips seasoned to perfection with Columbus Tap’s top-secret chip spice. Nuke’s thick cut bacon or a farm egg can be added for $1 each.

Columbus Tap’s new collaboration with Maplewood Brewery, Bohemian Rye-City, a Bohemian Style Pilsner, is a very clean and crisp sip, with a bread like malt quality, and finishes with a hint of spice and notes of smoked barley. The brew features Flaked Rye and Applewood Smoked Malt (barley). On the nose it smells very similar to a beer/cider that has spent time in a wooden barrel. Alcohol by volume (abv.) – 4.9%. International Bitter Unit (IBU.) – 29.
