During my recent visit, I opted for the “Fluffy Vegetarian Omelet” and blueberry pancakes. Omelet was made to perfecting with Broccoli, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, and mushrooms. 3 grade AA eggs served with hash brown potatoes, your choice of 2 buttermilk pancakes or toast.
The pancakes were perfectly cooked, with a light and fluffy texture that melted in my mouth. My dining companion chose the Southern Benedict, grilled sausage patties, tomato slices and 2 poached eggs covered with hollandaise sauce.
Everything was so perfect for a Sunday brunch!
