KALA’s menu is a delightful journey through modern Greek gastronomy. I started with the Feta Me Meli, a truly addictive dish of baked feta encased in flaky phyllo dough and drizzled with honey. The combination of salty, creamy feta with the sweetness of honey was simply divine. For my main course, I opted for the Chicken Souvlaki. The chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful, perfectly grilled and served with pickled red onion, navel orange, fennel, feta, garlic-cucumber greek yogurt.
