If you really want to treat your taste buds, then a good choice would be to select the chef’s tasting menu, which covers six to eight course including dessert. However, if you prefer choosing your own menu, then an ideal starter would be Chinese egg roll or crispy Maine lobster-mango rolls. Fiery chicken wings prepared in a spicy sweet and sour sauce with Jicama, carrot and beet salad is also a great choice. The specialty of the restaurant is undoubtedly its curries, which is available as Emerald Jumbo Prawn curry with coconut rice, Amish chicken apple curry that contains chicken breast glazed over with honey pomegranate and Panang beef curry prepared in Thai red curry, coconut milk and peanut butter. The seafood entrees are also popular for their mix of interesting ingredients and succulent and tender tastes. Shrimp ninety-nine is as interesting as its name prepared in orange, cranberry sweet chili sauce and accompanied by crispy egg noodle. Asian Paella is yet another spicy dish that surely knows how to scintillate your taste buds with a heady mix of Chinese sausage, mussels, clam, jumbo prawns prepared in lobster tamarind broth and served with Basmati rice. The meal at this restaurant is never complete without digging into one of its delightful desserts such as the special Jackie’s chocolate bag, a heavenly combination of Belgian white chocolate mousse topped with fresh berries and raspberry sauce.
