Looking for a spa to get pampered and spoiled? Today, I have come up with the list of best salons and spas in Chicago where you can plan to spend some time to get relax and unwind to de-stress your body and mind.

I must say, spas in Chicago are one of the best things to do in winter. When roads are slushy with snow, cold outside and getting bored indoor then I recommend you to consider spending a day at Spa in Chicago. Just get out and drive or take an UBER up to one of these spas to relax.

I have noticed that few of the best spas are located at downtown hotels, so if you just want to cut off from the outside world completely then you can plan a staycation at one of these hotels. In my opinion, time to time we deserve staycation, but you must turn off your cell phone. 🙂

Spa at the Four Seasons Hotel is one of my favorite spas in Chicago. You can relax and recover with their different kinds of massages that starts from $160 and up.

Whether you are tired exploring Chicago or just with routine daily life, take advantage of one of these massages to unwind and relax.

I recommend you to try their Lake Stone Massage that starts for $180. This massage features massage with hot water heated stones, made of basalt, similar to historic Native Americans era.

If you are staying at the Four Season hotel then just unwind and relax in room or enjoy the indoor pool after massage.

Spa at the Dana Hotel

Dana, in Sanskrit means the pleasure of giving, one of the virtues of nirvana. In my opinion, Dana is also one of the best hotel with spa. I loved their Pink Himalayan stone therapy service.

I recommend you to try pink Himalayan stone therapy ($145) to relax and detoxify your body. I was surprised to know that the salt crystals absorbs the negative ions from the body and help calming the central nervous system. It is best way to get relaxation to improve sleep patterns. Their spa packages starts from $135 and up.

Spa at Peninsula Hotel

The Peninsula Hotel is one of the best hotels in downtown Chicago. The Spa at Peninsula is one of the elegant spa to get pampered. Especially, their lounge area. If you are going to spa at Peninsula Hotel then I recommend you to at least spend some time in lounge with a fireplace. At lounge relax on single bed couch with complementary glass of drink or water.

The Peninsula Hotel spa offers different kinds of massages inspired by Ayurvedic and Asian philosphies. It includes different kinds of stone massages and aromatherapy massage. Overall, massage price is little higher at the Peninsula Spa compared to other places.

Allyu Spa

Allyu Spa is located in River North neighborhood of Chicago, offering therapeutic massage and advanced skincare. Allyu is one of the luxurious spas in Chicago.

If you are just looking for a regular massage then I would recommend you to consider Allyu. Relax your body with their massage therapy for $100. Place also offers hot stone massage and scalp massage therapy.

Chuan Spa at Langham Hotel

If you are looking for a posh spa then I recommend you to check out Chuan Spa located within the Langham Hotel. In Chinese, Chuan means flowing water.

Before your treatment you will go through water journey, series of rooms designed to reinvigorate the body’s reaction to hot and cold stimuli to create deeper dimensions of relaxation. They call it as “the Chuan Bathing Ritual”. These rooms are located within each gender separate change rooms.

This luxurious spa is located at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the Gold Coast. I must say, it is one of the best award-winning spas in Chicago.

Allow yourself to unwind and relax with one of their treatments such as 60 minutes SilkPeel Facial for $280, Ashiatsu deep tissue massage for $210 or even get romantic couple’s massage for $340.

The Spa at Palmer House Hilton hotel is one of the best spas in Chicago. It is located on the 5th floor of Chicago’s historic hotel, Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel.

The Spa offers extensive menu from manicure to different kinds of massages. You can get 60 minutes signature massage for $125. If you really want to get relaxed and feel good then I recommend you to try their ultimate spa body service called “The Grand”. It doesn’t include massage which you can request for additional charge. So overall The Grand body service will cost you $385 with massage. Overall, it is one of the best spas in Chicago.

If you are looking for a spa to get massage and relax at reasonable price then I recommend you to consider Oxygen Spa. You can get 60 minutes Swedish massage from $69.

This spa is rated good for the service, so if you are not looking for any other services and amenities other than Swedish massage then Oxygen Spa is your best option.

Spa@theWit is one of the sophisticated urban spa in the downtown Chicago. Spa@theWit is located on the 5th floor of the Wit Loop hotel, Doubletree hotel by Hilton. It is one of the best spas in Chicago to relax, unwind and de-stress your body and mind.

You can get their 50 minutes Signature Massage for $125, which includes Swedish massage, hot stones and aromatherapy. They also offers 80 minutes signature massage for $185
